Until now, we have been very active in lecture presentations on Chinese pharmaceutical business through various platforms—including the Red Dragon Conference, DIA Asia, the Asia Committee of JPMA, and the Drug R&D Expert—but we felt that our message was not quite reaching Japanese pharmaceutical companies and related/supporting businesses.  Therefore, in an effort to broaden our reach even slightly through a different channel, we launched this first-of-its-kind initiative.  With the support of the Johokiko—one of commercial seminar support companies—and with Mr. Kiyoshi Horie and Ms. Yumiko Kobayashi serving as co-speakers, we held an in-person seminar titled “The Latest Trends in China’s Pharmaceutical Business: A Comprehensive Overview—Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Management, and Business Development” on Friday, July 24, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM in Oimachi, Tokyo.  The Q&A session and discussions with participants were very lively and substantive, making it an excellent opportunity for interaction regarding the Chinese pharmaceutical business.
