Flow Chart up to the Consulting Contract

Step 1 〜Request for a Meeting〜

• Please feel free to contact us by using the “Request/Inquiry Form” or by email.
• We will contact you within two business days.
• We will offer you several possible dates and times for scheduling.
• It will be easier to arrange a meeting if you can provide us with relevant materials in advance.
• If the meeting is to be held in Tokyo, it will be face-to-face or online, and if the meeting is to be held outside of Tokyo, it will be online in principle.

Step 2 〜Initial Meeting and Conclusion of Non-Disclosure Agreement〜

In making important decisions on drug development strategies, it is risky to make generalized judgments based solely on the text of regulations not only in Japan but also in Asia, Europe and the United States.  In other words, it is important to make decisions on a case-by-case basis by accurate understanding of the situation in individual products.

Although confidentiality obligations are usually included in consulting contracts, we recommend that you and t2T Healthcare Inc. first conclude a non-disclosure agreement and hold close discussions to ensure the status of confidentiality obligations from the stage around the initial meeting when you start preparing for the conclusion of such an agreement.

Step 3 〜Discussion of Contract Format, etc. and Estimate〜

After the initial meeting, we proceed to the conclusion of the consulting contract through several more meetings, emails, and phone calls.

Both parties discuss the details of the contract for consulting services, including the contract form, scope of work, method of execution, costs, contract period, contract renewal, etc., and agree on the items to be included in the contract.  At that time, we will provide you with a quotation.

Step 4 〜Signing of Contract〜

We will try to conclude the contract as quickly as possible to meet the client’s desired schedule.
